Spirit Society Drinking Club Terms and Conditions
Mission Ave Bar and Grill

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

By enrolling in the Spirit Society ("Club") offered by Mission Ave Bar and Grill ("we," "us," or "our"), you (“Member”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership and Billing

• Membership is offered as a paid monthly subscription at a rate of $29 per month, billed on the 1st of each month.
• By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel your subscription.
• Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Member Benefits

• Each active member is entitled to four (4) two-ounce pours per month of any spirit priced at $20 or under per pour.
• Pours may be used only one per person per visit. Multiple pours may not be redeemed by a single person in one visit.
• Members may gift their pours to others, provided the usage limit of one pour per person per visit is still followed.
• Unused pours will not roll over to the following month and will expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle.

3. Redemption and Usage

• Pours must be redeemed in person at Mission Ave Bar and Grill.
• Pours are subject to availability. Substitutions may be offered at management’s discretion.
• Spirits exceeding the $20 per pour value are not eligible for redemption through the Club.

4. Cancellation

• Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation must be completed prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
• No refunds will be issued for unused pours upon cancellation.

5. General Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Club, its benefits, or these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice.
• Membership may be revoked for abuse, misconduct, or violation of these Terms.
• By joining the Spirit Society Drinking Club, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
